The duration of our program varies depending on individual needs, but our goal is to help you stop smoking and vaping for life.

However, that means that 3 out of 10 people need more help, and I want you to know that it won't cost you any more, no matter how much support you need.

Do you offer support after the initial sessions?

Yes, we offer ongoing support and follow-up sessions to help you stay on track and maintain your progress.

Are your services covered by Medicare or private health insurance?

While Medicare does not provide a rebate for our program, our services may be subsidised by your private insurance, depending on your provider and policy. Contact us for more information.

How much does it cost?

The price for the program varies depending on the delivery method which you choose as best for you.

If I travel to your home or work, it costs a little more.

If we do your session via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger video, I will offer you a discount.

Do I have to travel to Brisbane to do the program?

Not if you don't want to.

I can arrange to come to your home or workplace if you live anywhere within a 2-hour drive of Brisbane (including Logan, Ipswich, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba - just ask if you live further afield).

We could also do the program online - I prefer WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger video.
